On Thursday, January 24th, 1985, Government Cheese played our first gig ever. It can’t be. But it’s true. Government Cheese, in all its loud, licentious glory, has just turned 41 years old......

 

The Cheese is back stronger than ever with a new album on the horizon. We have been at it for 41 years and we can't wait to show you what we have yet again up our collective sleeve.

 

We will partner up this fall with producer Brad Jones at Alex the Great Recording in Nashville. This will be the band's 9th release.As you know records are expensive to make so please buy some merch from our Bandcamp page on our website or hit the donate button if that is possible.
